Stacey is a litigator with over 18 years of cross-jurisdictional experience. She is admitted in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the High Court of Australia, and the High Court of New Zealand.

Stacey has developed a broad legal portfolio, moving from commercial, insurance, and insolvency litigation into defamation law, judicial review, guardianship, corporate and estate disputes, privacy, and custody matters.

Stacey’s primary focus lies in human rights, administrative law, government inquiries, and public interest defamation.
