Subarna was admitted in 2016 and has almost a decade of experience in prosecution, human rights law, and civil litigation. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University.

Subarna spent nearly eight years as a prosecutor conducting trials, bail applications and arguing complex legal arguments. During this time, he also lectured at the Police Academy, teaching recruits core principles of criminal law and courtroom advocacy. More recently, Subarna has focussed on representing individuals and not-for-profit organisations in matters involving deeply held beliefs, including cases involving refusal of medical treatment on religious grounds, family provision claims, and broader civil disputes.

As Principal, Subarna brings a collaborative approach and strong communication skills to the firm. He is deeply committed to defending and protecting his client’s rights and ensuring their interests are represented.
